1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using the Webphase Payroll Management System ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a multi-tenant payroll management platform that enables companies to manage employee records, process payroll, generate payslips, and produce payroll reports. Each registered company is assigned a unique tenant account with restricted access to its own data.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• You may only use the Service for lawful payroll processing purposes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of employee data and payroll information you input.
• You must ensure you have the legal right to process and store employee personal data.
• You must not attempt to access another company's data or tamper with the system.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your company or employee data. We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to payroll calculation errors, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the Service for technical reasons with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
